Tonight we were invited to my dear friend Cascia's Ugly Christmas Sweater party. I searched and searched all week for an ugly sweater. I went to Walmart, Goodwill, Salvation Army, Target...everywhere!! I couldn't find a single sweater. I asked my mom if she had any, and she had given them all up. I asked my mother-in-law and she thought she didn't have any around anymore, so I asked my Aunt Janelle. She was so excited to loan me a sweater, it was hilarious. My Mother-in-law last minute ended up finding one so I let my neighbor Sarah borrow it for the evening, and I wore my aunt's Christmas Cat Sweater. Scott WAS going to wear his mom's sweater but was afraid of how he'd be perceived at the party by showing up in a WOMAN'S sweater...lol. He should've worn it because he definitely wouldn't have been out of place. There were the craziest and funniest outfits there, we had a great time!! We ended up having to leave right before games to pick up Trent at my parents...who were also watching Sarah and Chad's little girl Kaylin. I'm sad I didn't get pictures of everyone else's outfits but here's a few I did take. Thanks Cascia and Morgan for having us over, we had such a good time.

Nice sweater!!! (what a fun idea for a party) Anyway, I just thought I would say hi... you guys are kind of similar to me and my hubby. We got Married December 30, 2005 and had our first baby, also a boy, September 2nd, 2007. Sounds like we are on the same schedule. Anyway, you don't know me but I used to know Scott and Amy. We were in the same stake for awhile.
