Easter Fun!

For Easter this year we went over to my Aunt and Uncles house the night before and had dinner over there with extended family (sadly no pictures from that though). The next morning Trent opened his Easter basket from Scott and I, and then we went over to my parents for breakfast! Trent was a little spoiled this year for Easter, because my mom had a huge basket waiting for him once he finished his breakfast...I think she started a bad trend haha. After opening his basket he then got to hunt for eggs, and since he was the only grandkid over there, he got all of the eggs to himself...can we say spoiled?

Afterwards we were able to get in a quick nap before heading over to the Wilcox side for a wonderful ham dinner! Trent was spoiled once again by another grandma and he got the Alvin and the Chipmunks "Squeaquel" dvd and candy...let's just say he was in absolute heaven with all of his gifts. After dinner all of the kids went on an Easter egg hunt. As they finished up..it began to rain...how's that for timing!?! We had a wonderful Easter and are so thankful that we had family to spend it with..and of course we never forgot the reason for celebrating!
