Easter this year started out with my alarm clock going off for church and me turning over to Trent (who wandered into our room in the middle of the night) with green snots everywhere and coughing up a storm. Me, I had no voice with a nasty cough as well...and Scott, well he was perfectly healthy, like always (punk!)
So sadly we missed church. I really hate missing church, especially on holidays. The part I hate the most? Trent missing out on his Easter lesson in Sunday school.
So we spent Easter morning laying around the house, sniffling, coughing, and feeling miserable.
By the afternoon (and a 2 hour nap for me!!) we were feeling a bit better. We went over to my parents house and Trent got to open his Easter basket from Grandma and Grandpa Wells while hunting Easter eggs.
I also made us all get dressed in our Easter outfits. Since we didn't get to wear them to church I figured we better at least take family pictures (like we had sort of planned)
Normally I'm pretty much a picture Nazi making poor Trent and Scott take TONS of pictures, but with 2/3 of us being under the weather I decided not to torture anyone....and the result...a meesly 8 pictures..
Not happy.
We ended the night at Scott's parents for a wonderful ham dinner and some more Easter egg hunting for the little ones.
Lastly, I figured I'd take a 8 month belly shot too while I was at it. I can't believe she'll be here in a month and a half!
H-E-A-V-E-N!

Trent is getting so big. It seems like just yesterday I was trying to bribe him with bubbles in the nursery. So excited about your little one. Let me know if I can be of any help.
