This past weekend Scott and I visited friends of ours up in the bay area. It was my friend Tina's husbands 30th birthday and she had planned for about 50 of us to tailgate before a Giants game and then all sit together at the game. We are always up for a baseball game, but as I've mentioned before our hearts lie with the Yankees. Scott wanted to wear his Yankee hat to the Giants game but I didn't feel like any confrontations that night from Giants fans (don't know what was wrong with me, I usually welcome heated sports arguements, but I guess I was looking forward to a fun low key getaway) Anyway...needless to say Scott was disappointed in me for making him take his hat off. Being at a MLB game is just a neat experience all together and it made me REALLY wish we were rich and could jump on a plane at any moment to NY to see Jeter or A-Rod hit a home run...one day...one day our dreams will come true! Until then, we will continue to support our local Bulldogs and just for the fun of it any other California MLB team..besides the Dodgers, they've always been a team I've disliked haha. Here's some pics of our wonderful little vacation to SF, we encountered AMAZING SF weather (the 80's) during the day and 50's at night..couldn't get any better for the bay area!
Tina and her husband Zephyr the birthday boy!
Me, Tina and Grace Tailgating!
we got burnt tailgating and by this time I could feel my face and lips burning as I smiled

Oh I hear ya! I wish we were rich and could jump on a plane to see the Yanks play... That would make my husband's year! Someday...
I love the Bay Area and I also love baseball, so I'm jealous of your trip! Looks like you guys had a great time, where was little Trent during all that action? Not allowed in the pics?... or at grandma's house?
he was with Grandma and Grandpa Wells :) Adult only weekend, but so much fun!
