Friday the 3rd of July, Scott and I were able to go up to the bay area and stay with my good friend Tina and her husband who live in Walnut Creek. We all decided to take the BART into San Fransisco and go to a Giants Game. We had dinner beforehand at a little restaurant on the water, the weather was absolutely beautiful!! We thought our seats weren't going to be so great but they turned out to be just perfect. They were high enough up for us to see the whole stadium, to block the wind at night (sitting underneath an overhang) and they were perfect for watching fireworks after the game. Scott and I both agree this was the BEST firework show we'd ever seen, they shot them off in the water and it was beautiful and romantic for us. Thank goodness for Sandy, Trent was able to stay the night with his grandma so we could get away, even if it was just for a night. By the way, did I mention the Giants Killed the Astros 13-0?

Austin and I went to the Giants game on July 4th. I will be honest with you, since the game was in the afternoon I was a little disappointed to hear that they were doing the fireworks show the night before. But now that I know someone that got to enjoy the fireworks on the 3rd, I'm okay with it :) Glad you had fun!
